We deliver to your door or to Pick-up Mtaani pick-up points. Pick-up Mtaani Lavington Mall: KSh 150; CBD: KSh 250; other locations: KSh 350. Super Metro: KSh 300, including the rider fee to the station. Upcountry shuttle: KSh 400. Include your preferred agent or shuttle in the order note.
Door delivery prices are calculated from your address at checkout. Orders of KSh 8,000 or more qualify for free delivery where configured in Shopify.
If something isn’t right.
Unopened
Products with the original seal intact may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Opened
If an issue appears after opening, contact us within 3 days with your order details.

Refunds or exchanges follow receipt and review. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used products.
